Working closely with the manufacturer's management and subject matter experts, we identified the diverse needs of the target audience, ensuring the training would be relevant and impactful for all employees, from production line workers to office staff.

To make AI concepts accessible and engaging, we designed a multi-faceted e-learning program featuring:

Interactive Modules: Covering AI fundamentals, prompting techniques, tool usage (ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney), and practical applications.

Real-World Scenarios, Business Edition: Demonstrating AI’s impact on tasks such as product development and customer interaction.

Real-World Scenarios, Private Edition: Motivating employees further and helping them shed their reservations against AI, we included several activities that showed employees the benefits of AI in their own daily lives independently of work.​

Applying Didactical Expertise

Leveraging best practices in instructional design, we created a learner-centric experience. Specifically, we made extensive use of the hotspot feature in rise, visualising e.g. good prompts vs. bad prompts and their outcomes in hands-on scenarios.

An industry leader in burner management systems needed a comprehensive training solution for their complex new controller series. Keelearning, a top e-learning agency, hired me as an e-learning expert to take on this challenge. The goal: to create an engaging, accessible, and effective training program for a diverse audience of engineers and technicians.

The training series includes a range of advanced controllers, each with unique features. The primary challenge was to simplify this technical content into an easily digestible format that could educate and empower our client's global customer base. Simultaneously, this training series had to adhere to the highest security standards, as combustion technology is a hazardous and highly demanding field.
